Ryan has worked in the urban planning public and private sector for 12+ years. His experience includes market studies for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit developments, market-rate housing, and supportive and assisted living for families, seniors and special needs populations.

Deborah has 40+ years of experience as a real estate market analyst and planning consultant. She was Senior Vice President and National Consulting Director at Real Estate Research Corporation, where she worked for 18 years.

Peter has 25+ years of experience in real estate analysis, including site and market studies for affordable and market-rate housing. He also provides marketing services to developers, municipalities, public agencies and nonprofit organizations.

Susan has 35+ years of experience in real estate analysis, including 12 years with Homart Development Company (now General Growth), where she directed the market and consumer research program.

Paul has been working in the Real Estate and Planning fields for over 2 years, with a focus on the intersection of housing and transportation. He has experience as a Real Estate Administrator and Lead Planning Strategist.
