Peter has over 25 years of experience in real estate market analysis and marketing. He has performed site and market studies and consulting assignments for affordable and market-rate housing of all types, for clients that have included developers, lenders, public agencies, municipalities and nonprofit organizations.
Peter spent 12 years with American Marketing Services, where he was Vice President, overseeing the firm’s market research activities, which included studies for Low Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments and major public housing redevelopment programs, as well as market-rate rental and for-sale housing.
He has also served as a Marketing Manager for Homart Development, the commercial real estate development subsidiary of Sears, where he oversaw marketing and communications programs for new office and retail developments and contributed to the company’s corporate marketing efforts. He has also worked as an independent marketing consultant, and has advertising agency experience.
Peter holds a B.A. in history from Vanderbilt University and an MBA, with a concentration in marketing and management, from Washington University in St. Louis. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and a Realtor.
