Paul has been working in the Real Estate and Planning fields for over 2 years, with a focus on the intersection of housing and transportation.
Before joining Kretchmer Associates, Paul worked for Ware Realty Group as a Real Estate Administrator and as their Lead Planning Strategist. With Ware, he worked on such projects as the Lawndale Line, Metra’s new 79th Street Station, and a land survey of city owned properties on Chicago’s south and west sides.
Paul holds a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), where he also minored in Political Science. He also holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning and Policy, also from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He specialized in Transportation and Economic Development.
